Refund policy

We also offer free returns. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at communication@gabrielmoreno.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request approval and return instructions.

Returned items must be:

• In perfect condition (unused and undamaged)

• In the original packaging

• Returned within the specified time frame
  
  

Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.

Items returned damaged, used, or without their original packaging will not be accepted or refunded.

Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
