We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 10 business days and shipped with trusted carriers. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Delivery time may vary depending on the destination. Any delays caused by customs or shipping carriers are outside our control.
Limited Editions
For Limited Editions, please note that shipping times may vary if the piece is an artist-intervened edition or depending on the destination. We will notify you by email once your edition is ready to ship and provide tracking details once dispatched.
Returns
We also offer free returns. If you wish to return an item, please contact us at communication@gabrielmoreno.com within 14 days of receiving your order to request approval and return instructions.
Returned items must be:

Once the item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Refunds are made using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Items returned damaged, used, or without their original packaging will not be accepted or refunded.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
